About the role

We're seeking motivated Civil Construction Attendants to join our Coastal Works team. Working across a range of civil construction projects, you'll be involved in roadworks, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, concreting, earthworks and general construction activities. You'll work alongside experienced operators and tradespeople, operate plant and equipment, and help deliver important infrastructure projects for our community.
We are currently recruiting for multiple permanent full-time positions. This recruitment campaign may also be used to create a talent pool for future permanent, fixed-term and casual opportunities across our Coastal Works team.

About you
If you enjoy working outdoors, operating plant and equipment, and being part of a team that delivers essential infrastructure for the community, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused and ready to get stuck in. Experience in civil construction, labouring, landscaping, trades or a similar environment will be highly regarded, along with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
What's on offer?
- Competitive salary from around $67K, depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
- Permanent full-time, 38 hours per week
