About the role

As the Work Health & Safety Business Partner, you will provide trusted WHS advice and support to leaders and employees across the City. This is a newly created position within our expanding team, providing an exciting opportunity to help shape and strengthen the City's approach to health, safety and wellbeing. Partnering with teams across a diverse organisation, you will help drive a positive safety culture and deliver practical solutions that support safe and healthy workplaces.

You will work closely with leaders to strengthen safety performance, support employee wellbeing and foster a proactive approach to risk management. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and positive safety outcomes across the organisation.

About you

You will bring tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Health & Wellbeing or a related discipline, together with strong experience in WHS, wellbeing or injury management. You are skilled at building strong relationships, providing practical advice and partnering with leaders to achieve positive safety outcomes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you can influence change, support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive safety culture. A current Class C Driver Licence is essential, and a Return to Work Coordination Certificate will be highly regarded.
