Reception Supervisor

About the role

Are you a natural leader who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences? As Reception Supervisor, you'll be the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our Holiday Parks reception team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. You'll lead a team of Receptionists and Reservationists, oversee bookings and guest enquiries, coordinate daily reception operations, and help maintain the high standards that make our parks a destination of choice on the Coffs Coast.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. From supporting your team and resolving customer concerns to managing reservations, administrative processes and retail operations, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while contributing to the success and reputation of our Holiday Parks.

About you

You're an experienced customer service professional who leads by example and enjoys bringing out the best in others. You have a passion for creating positive guest experiences, the confidence to manage competing priorities in a busy environment, and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when challenges arise.

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build positive relationships with guests, residents, colleagues and stakeholders alike. You'll bring experience supervising or mentoring staff, sound administrative and computer skills, and a commitment to delivering professional, customer-focused service every day. A Certificate III in Business (or equivalent) and a current Class C Driver Licence are essential, while experience in tourism, hospitality, accommodation or reservations environments will be highly regarded.

  • Competitive Salary commencing at $72k depending on your capabilities and experience + applicable allowances + 12% superannuation
