Supervisor Minor Construction Water

About the role

Join a high-performing Water Operations team delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Coffs Harbour region. As Supervisor Water Minor Construction, you will lead the planning and delivery of minor construction and maintenance works across water and wastewater systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role combines on-site leadership with project coordination: you'll oversee construction crews and contractors, manage resources and budgets, interpret plans, and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements. You'll also play a key role in improving processes, supporting capital works delivery and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and the community.

About you

You are an experienced supervisor from a water, civil or construction background, with a Certificate IV in Water Operations (or similar), a current MR licence and Construction Induction (White Card). You bring strong hands-on leadership capability, confidently managing crews, contractors and site activities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and efficiency. You have sound knowledge of water or wastewater systems, can interpret plans and coordinate works effectively, and communicate well with others to build positive working relationships and deliver reliable outcomes for the community.
