Administration Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Manager to lead the administration, customer service and office operations across our Holiday Parks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Commercial Business team and contribute to the continued success and growth of one of the region's most popular tourism offerings.

In this role, you will oversee administrative functions, coordinate staff and resources, and support the delivery of outstanding customer experiences. You'll also play a key role in managing booking systems, supporting marketing initiatives, monitoring performance outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across park operations. Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, you will help ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

About you

You are an experienced administration or operations leader with a background in tourism, hospitality or commercial business environments. You bring strong organisational and leadership capability, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality customer outcomes. Your communication skills are well developed, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are confident working with business systems, including booking or reservations platforms, and you understand the importance of financial performance, compliance and continuous improvement. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset will see you thrive in this dynamic environment..
