About the role
Join the City of Coffs Harbour as a Talent Acquisition Officer and contribute to the facilitation and support of effective strategies to enable positive candidate and stakeholder experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle with a professional and proactive attitude.
Bringing previous knowledge of talent acquisition approaches, the successful candidate will be comfortable working across a multi-disciplinary environment and have highly developed interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes for client groups.
As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will also contribute to the Organisational Development Group by providing accurate campaign updates, consistent communication, and generalist HR functions.
About you
You have a strong understanding of best-practice talent acquisition and contemporary HR approaches, including workforce planning and diversity initiatives. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships and deliver positive outcomes across all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, combined with problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset, ensures success in this role.
