Environmental Project Officer
About the Role
We're looking for an Environmental Project Officer to lead environmental compliance across all stages of infrastructure projects, providing expert advice to stakeholders and ensuring best practice management. From assessments and audits to approvals and cultural heritage applications, your work will make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Champion environmental and cultural compliance for City projects
- Provide guidance on legislation and approvals
- Conduct assessments, audits, and prepare reports
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related discipline
- Experience in environmental assessment and compliance
- White Card and Class C Driver's Licence
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Competitive Salary in the range of $102 - 107K, depending on your capabilities and experience

- Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
