Logistics Officer
- Permanent, full-time position of 38-hours per week
- Hands-On, Varied & Dynamic - From procurement to dispatch, no two days are the same
Are you organised, proactive and ready to take charge of all things logistics?
We're looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team and play a key role in procurement and the smooth flow of goods and services across the City. This dynamic role means no two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, purchasing, contract adherence, inventory management, supplier coordination and freight dispatch.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting procurement systems and reporting
- Maintaining inventory records, databases and invoice reconciliation
- Leading City Store operations and stock control.
- Coordinating all aspects of supplier deliveries, performance and freight
- Providing critical administrative support and managing safety data.
What you'll bring:
- Qualifications and experience in procurement, warehousing or logistics
- Practical experience with reporting systems and data management tools, including strong proficiency in MS office (particularly Excel)
- Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Forklift Licence, White Card and Class C Driver's Licence
- A self starter with a team mindset and a keen eye for detail

- Starting salary of around $62K + 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
