About the role
We are seeking a Greenkeeper to monitor and maintain a wide range of sporting and non-playing surfaces throughout the LGA of the City of Coffs Harbour. The role involves monitoring the growth and nutrition of playing surfaces, general maintenance of non-playing surface assets, plant servicing and maintenance as required, promoting positive customer service, engaging with the community, and contributing to sustainability and continuous improvement efforts.

About you
You are a qualified Greenkeeper with an AQF Level 3 trade certificate and proven experience in sports turf and grounds maintenance. You understand safe work practices, hold essential certifications such as a White Card, and hold or can obtain an medium rigid licence and chemical application accreditation. You are skilled in operating and maintaining greenkeeping equipment, follow established maintenance programs, and consistently deliver high‑quality playing surfaces. Reliable, detail‑focused and a strong team contributor, you communicate effectively and show a genuine willingness to continue developing your greenkeeping and horticultural knowledge.
