About the role
At Yarrila Arts and Museum (YAM) the Visitor Experience Officer will assist in and support the delivery of Museum and Gallery services to the community and provide a positive visitor experience at various touchpoints throughout the facility.
The successful candidate will be a positive team player and have significant customer service experience in a cultural or high focused customer service environment. They will be able to connect with and interact professionally with a diverse clientele that visit Yarrila Arts and Museum.

- Be flexible and willing to assist in a range of duties relating to Cultural Services public programs, events, and exhibitions across YAM and the library service.
What's on offer?
- Multiple Casual Positions Available
- Competitive Salary (from $35.45 - $36.81 /hour) depending on your capabilities and experience + 25% Casual Loading + 12% Superannuation
Essentials Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Certificate III in a relevant field such as Museum Studies, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Marketing or Cultural Heritage.
- Demonstrated experience in a cultural facility or in a relevant customer focussed service organisation.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Police Check.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - Desirable
