Senior Housekeeper

About the role

Support the smooth operation of Coffs Coast Holiday Parks by assisting with the coordination and delivery of high-quality cleaning services across cabins, villas, and facilities. Help manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and team communication while ensuring safety and service standards are met. Be a key part of a friendly and professional team that takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work Monday - Sunday between the hours of 05:00 and 21:00, and across our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations: BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

About you

You'll have a current Class C manual licence and proven experience in housekeeping or a related industry, with the ability to coordinate daily operations and maintain high standards. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a sound understanding of WHS practices. Basic computer skills will support your ability to manage schedules and team coordination.
