Night Caretaker

About the role

Be the friendly face and helping hand that ensures our Coffs Coast Holiday Parks are safe, welcoming, and running smoothly after hours. From greeting guests and handling bookings to maintaining facilities and supporting staff, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor. If you love variety, responsibility, and working in a beautiful coastal setting, this is the role for you!

As per operational requirements, the successful candidate must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends across our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations: BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

About you

You'll hold a current Class C manual driver's licence and a valid NSW Working with Children Check, with proven experience in customer service and public-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy and a general understanding of building and pool operations. A sound knowledge of WHS practices and risk management is also required.
