About the role
The City is seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Planner to join our dedicated team. In this exciting position, you will facilitate the City's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework, including the development, implementation and review of the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, and Operational Plan. Your role will involve supporting community engagement initiatives that promote participation and foster a collaborative relationship with our residents, ensuring their voices are heard in our planning processes. A shared vision for the City is our goal, and we need your help to achieve it!
In addition to the above, you will also prepare the City's corporate planning reports, including progress reports on the Delivery Program, the Annual Reports and the State of our City (End of Term) Report. This will involve liaising with the City's Leadership and key stakeholders, you will analyse information for validity, identify performance trends, and present findings in a manner tailored to engage various audiences effectively.

About you?
- Tertiary qualifications in business, governance, planning, project management or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in corporate or strategic planning, preparation of strategic plans or statutory reports, organisational performance improvement and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in successfully managing several small projects concurrently.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and the ability to quickly learn and use different software programs, including the City's information management system and performance planning module.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
