About the role

As a Reservationist across our four stunning Coffs Coast Holiday Parks, you'll deliver top-tier customer service, manage bookings, payments, and keep our retail spaces running smoothly. About you
You're a confident communicator with a knack for making people feel welcome whether that be face-to-face, over the phone, or on email. With over three years of experience in customer service or a related field, you know how to keep things running smoothly in busy environments. You'll be comfortable handling transactions, balancing accounts, and navigating booking systems with ease. You will be tech - savvy and detail-oriented, and bring strong computer and keyboarding skills, along with a genuine passion for helping others enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
What's on offer?
- Hourly rate starting from $34.71 + 12% superannuation
- Fixed Part time Time -from 10 - 35 hours / week
