About the role
The City is looking for a Permanent Full-Time Senior Groundsperson to help lead our vibrant Holiday Parks team. If you have experience in coordinating asset and equipment maintenance, scheduling work programs, and leading a crew with confidence, we want to hear from you! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is reliable, loves working outdoors and takes pride in creating safe, clean, and welcoming spaces.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work Monday - Sunday and at any of the 4x Coast Holiday Park locations.

About you
You'll bring hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance, asset care, and park cleaning, and obtain both a White Card and a Class C driver's licence. You'll possess confidence in leading teams and contractors, adjusting work schedules, and communicating clearly across all levels. With solid WHS knowledge and basic computer skills, you're ready to keep things safe, organised, and running smoothly.
