Brand and Campaigns Officer

About the role

This role supports the City by driving awareness of services, activities, programs and updates through impactful campaigns. It involves developing and delivering brand, marketing, and communication outputs such as social media content, newsletters, advertising, and website updates. The position also includes sourcing and editing visual assets, managing external suppliers, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of campaigns. Collaboration with stakeholders, evaluation and reporting, and general team support are key to enhancing the impact of City communications.

About you

You're an effective communicator with a tertiary qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. With a collaborative mindset and sharp organisational skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple deadlines while producing engaging campaigns that align with brand standards. Your toolkit includes Canva, digital marketing platforms, CMS, and Microsoft Office, and you're confident creating copy and content across social media, newsletters, and websites. You have strong administrative skills, including budgeting, procurement, and supplier management - backed by a current Class C driver's licence.
