Team Leader Property Services

Looking for a role where you can lead with purpose and make a real impact? As Team Leader Property Services, you'll be at the heart of shaping how the City of Coffs Harbour manages and grows its property portfolio. From land acquisitions and development to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, this is your chance to take ownership of exciting projects and drive commercial success.

About you

If you're ready to take the lead, make smart property decisions, and be part of a team that values innovation and impact — we'd love to hear from you!

You will bring:

  • A degree in Property Valuation, Property Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven leadership experience in property or property management at a senior level
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex property transactions and development projects
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and contract management
