About the role

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader Customer Experience to guide a passionate team in delivering outstanding service, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or online. In this role, you'll help customers access what they need quickly and easily, enable digital self-service, and ensure smooth operations through smart systems and efficient processes. With a strong focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the City connects with its community.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a Diploma in Business Administration or Management (or equivalent experience), strong leadership experience in customer service operations, and a solid understanding of delivering high-quality service across multiple channels. Your excellent communications, problem-solving skills, and confidence with digital systems will help drive a culture of customer-first service and continuous improvement.
