About the Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager - Holiday Parks this position will be responsible for the Supervision of reception staff, whilst maintaining the image of the Holiday Parks and Council as an efficient organisation and Coffs Harbour as an ideal tourist destination.

Hours will be spread over a seven (7) day roster with loading paid for work performed on weekends and public holidays. The successful applicant will be required to work across all four holiday parks (Park Beach, Sawtell, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside).

About You

The successful applicant will possess Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent and significant relevant experience, including experience in:

  • Cashiering in a high volume, diverse receipting environment
  • Administration
  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls; and
  • Customer service in a supervisory capacity.

The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.

Salary

Starting salary of around $60k per annum + super

All other conditions of employment will be in accordance with Council's Enterprise Agreement and the NSW Local Government (State) Awards.
